Just arrived back from a work trip to Canada and found the plants are loving the cool fall weather plus a little more rain! Harvested two bowls full of spicy kitchen sink microgreens last night and ate them with sea salt, olive oil, and a cucumber from the garden. The japanese red mustard greens also love this weather but they are so spicy I’m not sure what to eat them with! Dave’s leaf mulch is part of the magic, I think.
